Sometime I don't feel like wearing kimono from my home to work. When the time like that, jut put on a jacket onto my normal western garments then chuck a kimono, a Hanhaba Obi and two Koshihimo ties into my bag. When i get to work,take my jacket off and get changed . I don't have to worry about changing at public space where everyone is watching because I am wearing a shirt and pants. Just need two minutes, easy! 仕事に行く時着物着て行きたくない時の場合、右の様な普段の洋服で着物と半幅帯、腰紐をバックに放り込んで出発。 仕事場に着いたらジャンパーだけ脱いでその上から着物来て帯締めれば仕事モード完成。人が見てても中に普通の服来てるから全然オッケー！慣れれば2.3分でできるよ！

It is so nice to meet my friend at #queenvictorianightmarket . I could see many friends and dressed them yesterday . It was so much fun! I chosen a white Tsukesage and beautiful blue Obi completed this style! She looked amazing! We have only one more week . 'Kimono coat' such a useful garment! Put on something like singlet and short pants or skirt underneath then put on kimono coat and tie your waist with any stretchy belt. You can get completely new and exotic style! あまり日本ではもう見かけなくなった昔ながらの形の着物コート、実はめっちゃ使えるアイテムだったりするんです。 下にとりあえず見えても良いなんか来て(この時の私はノンスリーブのミニスカートワンピース) コート着てストレッチ素材のベルトするだけで何とも言えない良い感じのスタイルになります。 日本だと中古で雨コートなんかが安く手に入ると思います。雨コートは張りがあるので、本当にビンテージドレスみたいになるし、今日私が着ているビンテージのコートでもそれも味があって素敵な感じに、 このコートはお友達からの頂き物、ヨッピー、Davidさんありがと〜！I really love this one!

Hurry! 明日と来週で今期のマーケットは終わってしまいます。が！ 素晴らしいニュースが！ 水曜日店に来て着物着て写真撮ってそれをインスタグラムに載せ、#haikimonoqv のタグをつけて下さったお客様の中から1名に、ななんと100ドル分の着物が当たっちゃうんですよ。 ここだけの話後2週間しかないから、当たる確率めちゃ高いです。 話は変わって、特にスタイリングが楽しくなるのがアフリカ系のお客様。 肌の色も体のつくりも全く違う方々に着物を着てもらうと全く新しいスタイルが誕生するので毎回驚きの連続です。羨ましいほどかっこいい。 私には真似出来ない…それと同時に彼女らは私の真似はできない。 自分の個性を受け入れた上でそれを最大限に使って遊ぶしか無いんだよね。

Took a photo just after we came back from my son's graduation ceremony of Japanese kindergarten. It was not as formal as one in Japan . But nice to have this kind of formal opportunity in Australia. 息子の日本語幼稚園の卒園式から帰ってきてちょっと2人で写真を撮ってみました。 日本の幼稚園ほどフォーマルでは無いですが、そういった式が全く無いオーストラリアの現地校に普段は通わせているのでこういった日本の節目の式がこちらでもちょっと出来るのは親としては本当にありがたいです。 親の黒羽織姿ってのに憧れていてそれが出来たのもちょっと嬉しい。女物の羽織を試したけどなんかしっくりこなかったので今回は男羽織にしてみました。

When they try kimono, it adds indescribable flavor on their style. Maybe it is called the beauty of cross culture. Don't you think she looks amazing? マーケットにいると、よくイスラム圏の女性が被るヒジャーブというスカーフを巻いた女性達にお会いします。スカーフがあるので首の辺りがちょっと着付けが難しいのですが、彼女らが着物を纏うとなんとも言えないエキゾチックなスタイルになるんです。いわゆる、これがクロスカルチャーの美なんですかね？ 今日もマーケットに居ますので来てね。

While I am waiting for a plane to go to Adelaide, I wanna introduce you this gorgeous people who came to @haikimono #queenvictorianightmarket . When I saw this lady with this kimono, I felt a kind of destiny. This kimono came all away from Japan made a while ago I guess. But I assume this kimono was waiting to meet this lady. Just matched perfectly! And guy looked amazing too! OMG! Oh course she purchased all and walked away... And she spend her life happy ever after.. 今からアデレードです。飛行機待ってる間にこの素晴らしいカップルの紹介。 彼女がこの着物をまとった瞬間何か運命見たいなものを感じてしまいました。赤道超えて日本からどんぶらことこのメルボルンに彼女に会うために来たのでは無いかと思われます。 あ、後日本では新郎新婦の母親のための着物として留袖はしられてますが、いかつい男性ほど良く似合ったりするんですよねー。

We always have a fun at #queenvictorianightmarket but last night was something special! We had wonderful dancer kimono models @lilbuckdalegend and @soheyheyhey . Always thank got for having a lot of opportunity to meet beautiful people through kimonos! What a wonderful job kimono stylist is! 毎週マーケットは色々な方々とお会い出来るので本当に楽しい！昨日はそれでいてもっとスペシャル！世界ツアー中の素晴らしいダンサーの方々にモデルになっていただきました！ 着物を通じて、全く異なるジャンルの方々とお会い出来て自分の視野もどんどん広まる。本当にこの仕事に感謝！

Friends! Thanks for dropping by @haikimono stall in @roundshegoes market. We had beautiful volunteer models as always. This lady purchased this gorgeous pink kimono and blue obi . They matched her beautiful skin and hair colour! 今日のマーケットは沢山の友達が寄ってくれて楽しかった〜！ この素晴らしいピンクの着物とブルーの帯をお買い上げになった女性、とっても似合ってらしたんですよ いい所にお嫁に行きましたね、君たち。
