Kimono Stylist Sala Okabe: It’s getting warmer and warmer in Melbourne. Makes me feel like wearing Hitoe(single layered kimono). This gorgeous Modern art design kimono was in terrible condition when I got it. Had stained everywhere and looked like almost rubbish.. I was wondering if I could wear it or had to throw away.I really loved the design so I took a desperate gamble. I put it into cold water and washed roughly. Its silk kimono, of course it shrunk awfully. I ironed it and got sort of in good enough condition now. But its really bad girl thing, so good girls, don’t copy me! If your kimono got stained, ask specialist! だんだんメルボルンも暖かくなり、単が着たい気分になって来ます。このモダンアートななんともユニークなデザインの単着物、うちに来た時は、シミだらけで状態がひどく、ほとんどゴミ状態だったのですが、デザインがあまりに可愛くてどうしようかと悩んだ結果、捨てるかどうかの一か八かのギャンブルに出ました。とりあえず水に入れてじゃぶじゃぶ洗い。シボがあったので面白いくらい縮みました！　（良い子は真似しないでね！）アイロンかけて縮みを伸ばしてシミはかなり薄くなったのですが、よく見るとまだ薄いシミが所々に残ってます。ま、自分の普段着くらいなへっちゃらかなと。
